I'm still using the free version of your plugin. Over all amazing, very easy to work with, functional and looks good.
I face a problem with low stock items. In my setup, customer can select 4 products and can not/should not be able to add any component allown. If some of the components stock is lower than the selected quantity, sometimes add to cart get "stuck" on loading. If you refresh the page, you get message that some of the items are not in stock, but some/one component is added to the cart.
Is that a bug, or is there some way of avoiding it?
I have checked your product. It seems that the stock checking is not possible to be done properly without refreshing the page after pressing the Add to Cart button. There must be something on your site that is interfering with our plugin.
On my first attempt, the stock checking was fast and it told me the product cannot be added:
Your site needs some customization in terms of this. After that, I need to refresh your site several times to get the stock checking working.
I have checked this on our test site and the stock checking is finished quite fast and the composite cannot be added anyhow.
In case you would like us to help you with this, you can kindly consider purchasing a license from us to enjoy free customization service. We will need to log in to your site backend admin to investigate and make the changes.
I can confirm that the cause is external of our plugin as our test site only installs WooCommerce, our WPCstore theme and our WPC plugins to test all the functionalities.
I managed to avoid the problem by selecting the this option(find the screenshot attached). Thank you for your custom solution option. We are still in testing phase, but we will consider your offer.
We face one more strange ting, please check the link. That is at check out page. By opening the cart from the AJAX icon the product have 2 photos, is this normal ? Seems very strange, i was planning to switch it off for that page, it would have been nice to have though.
I have checked your product link again today, however, I could not access it anymore. It always redirected me to your homepage. When clicking on the Shop page, it redirected me to My account page. Please help me check if you have accidentally hidden it or there was any issue with it.
You can try to clear your site and browser's caches & cookies before checking again. I have checked it several times on your site and it is displaying everything properly.
If you still have that issue, you can try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/ to assist the AJAX loading on your site. It's easy and simple, with no special settings required. Just 1-click installation.
Since not all themes and plugins are integrated with the standardized AJAX for the Add to Cart button, we have developed a plugin for our own WPC users to make sure it has what it needs to work properly. Please install then clear both your site and browser's caches/cookies before checking again.
After receiving your feedback, I'll guide you further if that doesn't help.
I have installed the plugin. The problem with the double picture is on the next step - check out. Only there is with the double picture. I have cleaned all of the browser that is use, and its still with double picture.
Sorry for the late response. We have just conducted a thorough system checkup so today I am able to reach back to you.
I have checked it again today. My guess is that there is a conflict between our plugin and the theme or the cart page on your site. As the Fly Cart popup display properly everywhere except on the cart page. For now, to avoid the inconvenience, you can disable Fly Cart popup on Cart page or/and checkout page.
If you would like us to fix this for you, you can kindly consider purchasing a license from us to enjoy free customization support. We will need to log in to your site admin area to investigate and inserted custom code to make it work.
