When you activate our theme, it will replace all available content with premade elements from the theme WPCplant. You can remove or adjust any element you don't want in the backend editor.
This theme does not support Shop sidebar widget, unfortunately.

Ah, sorry I've got your question wrong. Yes, there are pre-made blocks for the sidebar on the shop page.
You will need to manually add the blocks again to your shop page from the Widgets section, find the Sidebar shop, add 3 blocks as in my image below:
