We are using a variable product in the bundle. The issue is we are managing the stock in the variation but due to our technical requirement we have to enable the common manage stock option in woocommerce.
So on the bundle product page it is showing the product out of stock as it is not taking the variation stock but the common stock.
We want it to check the variation stock before marking it as out of stock
For your information, when you enabled the stock management at product level instead of variation level, all stock quantities you have configured for variations will be overridden. There's no way to change that as it's how WooCommerce works.
In your image, the stock quantity is 0, which means the parent variable product is out of stock as a whole regardless of the variation stock. We cannot change the way stock management works. The level of stock priority will be: (Parent variable) product level >> Variation level >> Bundle level.
