The plugin you're using is not our plugin. Our WPC Show Single Variations has the following look:
The functionality that you are mentioning might be the change image from another swatches plugin or from the theme (if swatches are integrated into your theme already). You should check the settings of swatches on your site to see if the change image is enabled. Our plugin doesn't provide that change image feature.
I'm not talking that you're using our WPC Variation Swatches. If you're not using any external plugin for the swatches, then it comes from the theme you're using.
WPC Show Single Variation plugin IS displaying the right thumbnail image for each variation, right? Then our plugin doesn't have any issue yet. When clicking on each variation, it leads customers to the main product page. That's what our plugin do. It doesn't interfere with the process of choosing variation on single product page, while swatches is the current variation selector, it is the swatches which controls that.
I recommend that you should contact the author of Avada theme to get their help with the swatches rather than from us. It is the swatches that is controlling the variation selection on your single product page. We have received some similar reports like this and they have found that the issues were triggered by the theme, not our plugin. Our plugin only display the thumbnail in the archive or shop page.
It doesn't come from there. Devs from Avada checked. So this is just not true. Have you even checked the script? Please forward to a dev.
WPC Show Single Variation plugin IS displaying the right thumbnail image -> yes. BUT if you checked, then you have noticed that when clicking on them you are sometimes seeing the Parent image.
Our plugin only display the thumbnail in the archive or shop page. -> Also not true. Because it guides the user to the selected product. Which sometimes doesn't happen.
Our company has rules about conflicts when it comes to issues with third-party elements. I couldn't send your ticket over to our developers if we could not reproduce the same issue on our test site. We're only using our theme - WPCstore and our plugins alongside WooCommerce to be sure.
If you still don't believe, here is a video to show you how it works on our test site, with only WPC plugins and theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/1aDDUUxkFae.
On our single product page, we only use the default selector interface, you can see that the image changed to the right thumbnail of the chosen variation. When you click to change the variation, it is the swatches that take control of the image changing feature.
I didn't mention a single word that "you were using our WPC Variation Swatches". I acknowledge how our plugin works and displays. It's very different from the swatches you're using.
Sorry but I cannot jump over any step in the support process proposed by our company. I must abide by the rules or I will be warned.
If you doubt my words, you can also just try to disable all plugins EXCEPT WooCommerce, our WPC Show Single Variation and activate any of our themes - they are available for free on the WordPress repository, advisably the WPCstore theme to check things out.
I can firmly claim that this issue was triggered due to external elements that are not in our plugin. It is very clear that the swatches is causing this issue. Using the default selector from WooCommerce doesn't cause this.
The video you sent proved nothing, once coming to the product page, the swatches is controlling the variations, not our plugin. It is CLEARLY conflicting with our plugin so it prevents the right thumbnail to appear.
Please forward to a dev. I just spoke to the dev of Avada. They are 100% clear that this is because of this plugin. You want to tell me, you are right and they are wrong?
Not that I don’t want to transfer your ticket over to our developers. Our company has rules for issues concerning free plugins: If the reported issue could not be reproduced on our test site, our developers can refuse to take in as the issue might have been triggered by an element outside of our plugin. I’m just following the rules.
If you believe more in Avada’s developers, please take a test on your own as I have described. We rely on our own tests before concluding any case.
If with the same conditions (same theme, WooCommerce and our plugin only as described, the same issue still happened, I will have reasons to request a free customization service from our developers so that they can log in to your site to find the discrepancies that might have caused this.
You might consider it just a simple request from a user and we must follow it. However, as you can request us for free, I might be warned or fined because of not following our company’s rules. Even for Premium users of our plugin, I must go through the same process.
So there are only two possible ways:
1. I am able to reproduce this issue on our test site.
2. Users set up the same system as our test site (theme and plugins) and still encounter the reported issue.
You know what, in coding, just one missing mark can stop the whole plugin from functioning, let alone we are using different systems with different combinations of theme/template and plugins. One small difference caused this issue. That’s why we need to go through the strict process, so users won’t claim that we ruined their site later on after receiving our help.
When you select an product there it first shows the parent picture, but when scrolling the picture it shows the right picture. How can I fix this?
Here
WPC Show Single Variations for WooCommerce
The subject should have been: Show parent image, but when zooming the picture with your mouse it shows the child (right!) picture.
Please retest a few times. As sometimes it works, and sometimes it is not working. The parent picture is: Natural Camel.

Hi,
No its yours. WPC Show Single Variations for WooCommerce
The plugin shows single variations on the shop/category pages. Please check.
Hi Martijn,
Your product page is NOT using the Show Single Variation layout, but the swatches
You're using the Show Single Variation layout for your archive page only, as you can see, the image for each variation is correct
On the product page of each product, if you're using the layout from our plugin, it should display all variations in a table layout as in my image.
Best regards.

Hi Janilyn,
Yes I understand but you are not following.
1. On the product page of each product -> I am using AVADA here, as this is built in the core. Indeed I am not using the plugin here.
2. I am using Show Single Variation on archive page only INDEED. And here, I have issues. Please assist.
Kindly forward the query to a dev. as something is breaking the JS

You are like a real poor support employee with no coding experience.
Please go to my site and click on BLUE. When you click, are you seeing blue? If yes, try again, are you then seeing blue?
"OUR PLUGIN HAS THE FOLLOWING LOOK'. Which had got nothing to do with WPC Show Single Variations for WooCommerce

Here you can see. It comes from the plugin. Avada already acknowledged.

You're saying it's not the same blue?
What color is this?
To save time, if you would like to also question the Green variation, we're using a custom image for that variation in the backend:
It is showing the darker green (custom image) in the shop/category page, and the lighter green ( the actual thumbnail) on the single product.

CHECK THE VIDEO I HAVE SEND. IT IS NOT THE PROBLEM WITH THE SWATCHES.
