Dear developers, I am struggling with the visible/not visibile option. I have created a cart, and I have set a specific day and time for hiding my product (i.e. not visibile from 07/14/22). Despite this all the procuts remain visible. In some cases, I have also tried to give other instructions such as hide from 07/01/22 to 07/14/22, but nothing changes. Can you please help me? I don't see why it doesn't work.
May I have some screenshots of the backend timer settings you have used? Maybe the configurations of your timers are not correct.
For your information:
- Default actions ( set visible, set in stock, set purchasable) cannot work alone like that. It must follow another universal reverse action (set hidden/set out of stock/ set unpurchasable with the conditional = Everyday).
- Each action can only carry 1 date and 1 time part.
So there are two ways for you to set it up for that action:
Method 1 - Use a reverse action:Set hidden, after date: 07/14/2022
- Action 3: Set visible, date range 09/14/2022-10/14/2022
If you use this method, it's easier when your products have different visible time points. Action 1 will cover all the "set visible" under it. Action must always be on top to revert your products to hidden outside the configured dates and date ranges under it.
I have transferred your ticket to an authorized staff of our team for processing your request. It will take less than 24 hours for you to hear from our staff.
Please stay patient while we're processing your request.

Hi Sofia,
Thanks for contacting us here.

So there are two ways for you to set it up for that action:
Method 1 - Use a reverse action: Set hidden, after date: 07/14/2022
Method 2 - Combine a universal reverse action & default action(s):
- Action 1: Set hidden, Everyday.
- Action 2: Set visible, before date 07/4/2022
- Action 3: Set visible, date range 09/14/2022-10/14/2022
If you use this method, it's easier when your products have different visible time points. Action 1 will cover all the "set visible" under it. Action must always be on top to revert your products to hidden outside the configured dates and date ranges under it.
