    So I have this ticket:

    PRIVÉ TICKET #3054703 Error: Please choose a purchasable product for the component ….

    But there is no help for this one for 1,5 months now.
    I left you a bad review, you left me no choice.

    Hi Support,

    Thanks for checking back here with me. We're sorry for the slow support. We have overlooked many tickets during last month due to some system issues and personnel transition. I am not able to see your comments in that ticket anymore when it's assigned to another member in our team. That's why I left this message at the end of every response when I am about to assign a developer:

    "PS: Since once a ticket is assigned to a developer, other members in our team cannot read or receive comments anymore, in case you would like us to help you update the progress of your ticket, kindly submit a new ticket so that our Support Agent can help you check and urge the assigned developer to reach back soon."

    As your ticket has been stuck for quite a time, I'm suspecting that the previously assigned developer might not be able to troubleshoot your ticket. I have been asking to transfer your ticket to a new developer in our team. Maybe he can find an alternative solution for your case. Today I have been contacting the other developer. I will transfer your ticket from Dustin to Henry - he is a new member in our team.

    Please let me know if you don't receive any response within the next 48 hours again. I will make sure this time everything is figured out properly.
