The correct subtotal is showing in the cart, but not in the itemization when a discount is applied. Please see screenshots for example. I tried adding the discount per component and as a discount on the total and got the same results. This will confuse customers.
There are many possible causes of incorrect pricing issues. We cannot list everything here.
You can check it on your own by doing this:
- Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.
- Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.
- Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.
- Check the front-end behavior. Then try to reactivate each of other plugins to find which is conflicting with our plugin.
- If not working, try to switch the theme on your site to the WPCstore (our theme).
If it's fine on this theme, it means there must have been some conflict with the previous theme you're using.
If after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it's another plugin or theme on your site that has caused this, you can find that out by re-activating plugins one by one to find the culprit.
Since during the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins, it might cause a critical error on your site, please remember to back up your site first.

Hi Shannon,
Thanks for contacting us here.
I've checked your screenshots, may I ask which is the correct subtotal: $1051.24 or $1256.74?
The incorrect total in cart is often caused by a external conflict that interferes with our plugin. That could be a third-party plugin or theme.
You can check our live demo here to see that the subtotal/total is always correct: https://demo.wpclever.net/wooco/
Best regards.

The higher subtotal is correct. Are there known conflicts with any specific plugins, so I can check that first?
