Is it possible to have a grouped product where the main product can be added to the cart WITHOUT choosing any of the "add-ons" An example I saw was upselling a warranty. The product would be automatically chosen and the warranty would require a checkbox but I can't seem to figure that out.
For your information, if you would like to sell entailed service or attached products to the main item, then you can use the WPC Frequently Bought Together or WPC Force Sells plugin to add extra items to the main product.
Or use the WPC Force Sells plugin to add required extra products.
These extra items will be displayed under the main product on that product page. When customers add the extra items to the cart, the main one will be automatically added as well.
NOTE: Both Bought Together and Force Sells items can be added to the same main product so that you can have both optional and required options in a single offer.
