Im using your Smart Bundle plugin (premium version) and when I add my products that I want to bundle up I also want to change the quantity of some products in that bundle. The issue is that I cant change to more than 1. I can set the value to zero or one but not higher. Do you know why that is?
The issue you are encountering is due to the fact that your sub-products have the "Sold individually" feature enabled.
When Sold individually is enabled, it will allow only 1 unit of product per customer per order, you can kindly open the Inventory tab, remove the check to disable the Sold Individually option https://www.screencast.com/t/g72SFkM7hF >> Update.
After disabling this option, the default quantity of your sub-products within smart bundles will be able to be adjusted.
Thanks for the help! Will look into that. Will there be any issues with the bundle if we chose to only have 1 of each products in the bundle and continue to have the "Sold individually" feature enabled?
Yes, it will work with those configurations. When Sold Individually is enabled for those products, the default quantity will always be 1 so the Custom quantity should not be enabled to not confuse customers.
In case you need to enable the Custom quantity option to allow the selection of quantity for other products with Sold individually disabled within the bundle, you should pay attention to the min/max quantity limits for each item and all items as well.
