    Hi

I was hoping to remove the thumbnails as attached. I can see a ticket was raised requesting this 2.5 years ago and I was hoping you might have built this since?

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

Yes, we have made a feature so users can replace this placeholder image with the main image or a custom image in the plugin setting under WPClever >> Composite Products.

You can read more in part 3 in this doc: https://doc.wpclever.net/wooco/faqs/question-17-option-none-101/

    Best regards.

    Hi Janilyn

Thanks for the reply. The tutorial tells me what we can do, but now how to actually do it. The field you point to has a number in it, rather than an "Upload image" option like it traditionally would. Could you please clarify how I actually upload a custom image of my choice to use as the thumbnail for none please?

    Many thanks

    Dan

    Hi Dan,

That number is the attachment ID of an image you uploaded to your site to user for products with no image configured: https://www.screencast.com/t/fixkuqqrKnu. You need to change this number if you  choose "Placeholder image" option.

If you choose to use a custom image, you can choose the option "Custom image" then click on the button "Upload image" to upload a new image or use an existing image from your library https://www.screencast.com/t/LrTlj5SGCNDk. This image is used for Option None in composite products only. The placeholder image for other product types on your site will still remain.

Hope my explanations are clear enough for your need.

    Best regards.
