    Hi,

I love your plugin by the way but am having an issue for the last 10 days or so.

I use wordpress/woocommerce with the salient theme and when I make a product variation I use " to mean inches. See sizes and prices on one of my product pages here: https://www.rugsuk.com/ascot-rug-aqua-blue/

    So in Attribute/Size the values would be: 080 x 150 (2'8" x 5'0") | 120 x 170 (3'11 x 5'7") | 160 x 230 (5'3" x 7'7") | 200 x 290 (6'7" x 9'6")

This worked fine up to recently but when plugins were updated over Christmas it stopped working.

My support at fixed.net has said the quote symbol " is not supported and has added a temporary fix for me which seems to work fine but he suggested I contact you to see if there was a possibility you could add support for the " symbol used in product variations moving forward?

I am sure many of your users would find this beneficial.

    Kind regards

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

If I add these attributes to Product Attributes https://www.screencast.com/t/iAwptQpP, it works fine https://www.screencast.com/t/viImS0DQLLp

If I add these attributes as custom attributes https://www.screencast.com/t/s0VWorDd, it still works fine https://www.screencast.com/t/GcZgrziLnB

Please tell me how you assign these attributes for a variable product.

    Best regards,
    Dustin

    Hi Dustin,

I add the attributes just as you did in your second example below. It looks exactly the same in a web browser as well.

The problem is when a customer tries to select one of the size options and add it to the cart it's not possible as the add to cart button is not clickable. It is shaded out with a Red error symbol of some kind on hover.

Fixed.net support fixed it by editing the following file  /wp-content/plugins/wpc-variations-radio-buttons/assets/js/frontend.js  maybe if you look at what they did it will shed some light on the issue?

Shall I send you the file?

    Hi,

Any chance of an update on this please. I have just had the same issue again so more lost orders :(

Not sure why it has happened again yet, I guess something was updated and broke the fix.

    Thanks
