    Hi!

I have a fixed "sticky" header and need to know how I can change *only *  the "quick view pop up" to have a higher index than my header.

    Thank You

    Hi Bloc,

Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We’ve received your ticket.

However, the description is not enough for us to find the cause of the problem. Please provide us with a link to your published product for checking?

We need to check the frontend before offering you the custom CSS code to do that.

After receiving your information, I'll send your ticket over to our developer.

    Best regards.

    amryproductions.com/ / amryproductions.com/home-beauty-demo/

This is a test site, it is on various pages where we see the the header "overlapping" the quick view.

    Hi Bloc,

Although your site is installing our Quick View plugin, however, the Quick View button on your product image seems not to be ours but from your theme. You can check your theme settings again to be sure about that.

This is how our Quick View popup looks: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosq/

    Bert regards.

This Quick view button isn't yours? https://amryproductions.com/home-grocery-demo/

I don't see an "eye" anywhere with your plugin installed.

    Hi Bloc,

I saw that you were using the Quick View function from 2 source: one from our plugin and another one might be from your theme or another plugin. They might get conflict with each other.

The Quick View from the page you sent previously was not our plugin: https://www.screencast.com/t/7rAJX7OpFj

But this one is ours: https://www.screencast.com/t/R4yVhJ7vjeKH

However, it seems to be an issue with the theme rather than from our plugin. You can kindly check your theme appearance settings if you are using an overlay header or something. You can check our live demo for more information: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosq.

Since it's an issue with third-party elements, we will offer free customization service but for Premium users only. We will need to verify your license before offer further investigation into this on your site.

    Best regards.
