502 Error - Cloudflare - Product Bundel combination

    Hello, our customer have a little problem. We have a product bundle with 12 products. If we click on "add to cart" then sometimes we get a 502 Error. We have installed Cloudflare for caching.

    • Wordpress: 5.8.1
    • WooCommerce: 5.7.1
    • Cloudflare: 4.6.0
    • WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Free Version): 5.9.3

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. First, please update our plugin to version 5.9.6 (the latest version). Then clear both your site and browsers' caches/cookies before checking again.

    2. Next, if your site is using AJAX, you can kindly install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/ to assist the AJAX loading on your site. It's easy and simple, with no special settings required. Just 1-click installation. 

    Since not all themes and plugins are integrated with the standardized AJAX for the Add to Cart button, we have developed a plugin for our own WPC users to make sure it has what it needs to work properly.

    3. If none of the above works, please provide us with a link to your published product bundle for checking.

    Hi Horst,

    Last night, our developers have released a new update for WPC Product Bundles 5.9.7 with some major changes in the JS. Please make sure you have cleared caches and cookies both on your site and your browser to see the changes. 

    I checked your product and found that it was added to the cart properly. You can check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/oPZIPwBJDGPU. I have tried it several times before recording this. 

    Please clear the caches and cookies before checking again.
