I have checked the progress of your ticket. It is still on the pending line as our developer has not been able to reach it yet. Due to the heavy workloads, we need more time than usual to process tickets these days. I saw that your ticket was very close to the top of the line, which means our developer is going to reach it very soon.
We're a bit understaffed so could you please spare us some more time?

Thank you for your reply. My only concern is that the access provided will only be valid for 7 days which in this case means 5 more.
