I have just one doubt about the features of the plugin: into the cart page I need to show the possible bundles based on the products I have on the cart, and directly add to cart the missing product.

For your information, it's impossible to add that feature to our plugin. Our WPC Fly Cart plugin can display cross-sell/related products on the cart page like that https://www.screencast.com/t/UaOHFASAdnpI. However, when added to the cart from the cart page, it will be purely bought together products with no discounts and are not part of the smart bundle.
