I have set up prices for customer to select from: 0.00, 0.99, 3.99, 5.49, 6.99, 9.99. It lets you select a price and add to the cart. But when you View the cart, it rounds the price down and removes the cents.  So, 0.99 shows up as 0.00, 3.99 shows up as 3.00, etc.

Do I have something set up wrong?  Or does this plugin only allow round dollar numbers with no cents?

    Hi Nan,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

From your description, I think there are 2 possible reasons for that:

    - The cart plugin or a quantity plugin you're using is not compatible with our plugin.

    - The theme you're using is not compatible and doesn't allow decimal prices.

You can check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin by following my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.

    - Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

    - Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.

    - Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.

    - Check the front-end behavior.

    - If not working, try to switch the theme on your site to the Storefront theme.

Please help me change to the Storefront theme, I mean this particular one https://prnt.sc/vhw4oc since it's specialized for WooCommerce and the most basic theme. If the issue happens even on this theme, then it might be something that comes from our plugin.

If it's fine on this theme, it means there must have been some conflict with the previous theme you're using or another third-party plugin. Hence, we always trust to check with this theme only.

Please help me do this, if after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it's another plugin or theme on your site that has caused this, you can find that out by re-activating plugins one by one to find the culprit.

Since during the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins, it might cause a critical error on your site, I would like to let you do that on your own so that when the error occurs, you can quickly restore your site.

After receiving your information, I'll proceed to the next step.

    Best regards.

    Hi Janilyn,

    Thanks for the detailed instructions.

I am using WooCommerce as my shopping cart and the theme I'm using allows other products to have prices with odd cents, so I doubt the problem lies there.

You are suggesting an incredible amount of work which I don't have time for.  I decided to just change the price choices to only round numbers.
