By default, our plugin will calculate the total based on the sale price of the Bought Together items. If you choose "from Regular price", the sale price will be removed when choosing the item.
I have retrieved the same procedure on our test site, you can check it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/YqlfPiCNlj. The price will change based on the method you chose.
The price display also depends on the HTML of the theme you're using. You can check by disabling all other plugins, only keep the WooCommerce and our plugin, switch to the Storefront theme to check this issue.
I'm thinking that maybe our bulk discount plugin is not compatible with your plugin. Do you have bulk plugin discount under your brand that is compatible with WPC Brought Together?
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we don't have any plugin for bulk discount and our plugins don't work with any bulk editing or discounting method. This might have been the reason why you encounter such an issue.
I'm afraid that you will need to reconfigure the Bought Together deals manually to set up discounts to make it work. That should be the safest way to make sure it will work as expected.
