Yes, with the Premium version, you can do that. When you type in to search, please choose the items with the mark "variation #.." at the end to add to the Smart Bundles. Add all variations to the bundles, set a min/max quantity limit and use the manual fixed price then you will be fine.

Pick n mix bundle
One product with 5 x variations each priced at $20
Bundle - Choose any 2 x variations for a fixed priced of $20
