For translate option in variable product, please add custom code in your function.php of child theme, please replace <your-translate> by the word you want.

function filter_woocommerce_dropdown_variation_attribute_options_args( $array ) { 
    $attribute_name = wc_attribute_label($array['attribute']);
    $select_text = '<your-translate> ' . $attribute_name;
    $array['show_option_none'] = __( $select_text, 'woocommerce' );
    return $array; 
}; 
add_filter( 'woocommerce_dropdown_variation_attribute_options_args', 'filter_woocommerce_dropdown_variation_attribute_options_args', 10, 1 );

And the second issue, please keep [name] replace [nome], because [name] is variable, it doesn't need a translation.

Sure, I will show you how we translate with Loco translator:

1. Go to Loco translate > Plugins > Select Product bundle and choose language and locate file you want save them. See more: https://meridianthemes.net/translate-wordpress-theme-using-loco-translate/

2. Search with the keyword 'select some' and click the text and translate them with the template: [your-language][name][your-language]. See more in the image attachment.

3. Hit Sync and hit Save. Done!
