    The private ticket was submitted 20 hours ago and I see that you have responded to the public tickets less than 20 hours ago.

    How long I have to wait you? Because my client wait me.

    I kindly remind that variable functionality on premium version of Product Bundles not working.

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    Your response sent to us when we're out of the business hours already (in our timezone). I've tried to keep up with things since one of our plugins caused serious errors so I have to work extra hours on that.

    Today is also our day-off, but I have some hours to check out new tickets. I have sent the response to your ticket, please help me check that out and give me feedback on those. I'll be back on Monday, 8:00 AM (UTC +7) to give further advice on your issue. We're not available at the weekend.
