We bought this plugin because we needed your developers support, but Ms. Janilyn stopped answering my messages more than 2 weeks ago. You have even deleted our old ticket number and conversation too. So we want our money back!

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Since after receiving your information and assigning a developer to your ticket, I couldn't receive your response anymore. Only the assignee can read your information and response. I wasn't able to check up on your ticket anymore.
Our system only records 2 tickets sent from your current email address. One is this one and another one is the previous ticket, which I have sent over to our developer. We don't delete users' tickets here, we only close solved or unresponded tickets. But we don't receive any other tickets from you except the two mentioned. Please make sure you have accessed our forum with the right email address and profile.
I have made a request to check on the progress of your ticket and our developer said that he had missed your ticket.
So due to the lack of prompt support, we will give you a full refund at your request. We're truly sorry for wasting your time. Our staff will respond to you once the refund is finished within the next 24 hours.
