    Hello,
    I'm using free version of WPC Composite Products and i have an issue with the Smart TV browsers. My client is very big furniture company and they want to show their website in TV for customers. But your plugin does not work properly in tv browser so they can't even see the price of products. What we can do for this?

    Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We've just been back from the Tet Holiday vacation (9-17th Feb). So today, I am able to reach and process your ticket.

    However, the description is not enough for us to find the cause of the problem. We haven't received any reports about issues of this kind before. Please provide us with some screenshots of issues on smart TV and a link to your published composite product for checking?

    Hi Janilyn,

    Sorry for late reply. I know that it's kinda weird problem. But my client using their Smart TV for showing their website and products. In the Smart TV's browser this plugin is not working properly. After some research i found out that same problem has Internet Explorer. As you can see in screenshots DD Slick is not working well in IE. 

    First screentshot is from normal browser, second from IE. The problem is the same in Smart TV browser. 
    What can we do about this issue?

    Hi Xayal,

    Thanks for the information. 

    Unfortunately, our developers have declared some time ago that we don't support this type of browser anymore. It was too outdated and has been officially abandoned by its author. Maybe the browser that your client's device is running on is of this type. 

    I think, in this case, we might not be able to fix it from our side. If your client is using Smart TV, maybe they can find other useful and modern browsers to install for this? We can only support display on desktop and mobile only.
