    when I use a "bought together" product and the main product is out of stock, the price of the main product changes to 0.00

    when I use a "bought together" product and the main product is in stock, everything works fine and the price displays as normal and changes when selecting the bought together product.

    any ideas? Would like to use the plugin, has good features, but obviously need to fix this first. thanks!

    Hi Janilyn,

    the product you checked in my other private ticket was in stock. The second link I sent you was for the out of stock product, that is the one showing 0.00. The price is zero on every browser and device I checked, also after clearing the cache. I'd really like to use this plugin but cannot get it to work with my out of stock products.

    Hi Douglas,

    I've got the problem. I knew why I couldn't retrieve this issue on our test site. This is because, on our test site, I used the "under Add to Cart" position for the Bought Together item list. So when the main product is out of stock, the Add to Cart will be hidden, and Bought Together will then be hidden as well https://www.screencast.com/t/kBnqP5HfHN. The issue occurred with other positions no relating to the Add to Cart button.

    After discussing with our developer, they said they will check and fix this in the next update of our plugin. However, since it's very near our Tet Holiday vacation and we'll off until 17 Feb, 2021, our developers will start fixing it from 18th Feb.

    OK great, glad you can reproduce the bug and have it scheduled for a fix. Now I know I can use the plugin (great features) and will upgrade to the premium version of it once fixed.
