    Hi guys,

    I'm actually using the free version of the plugin. It doesn't seem to be working, I'm trying to hide products, whether I use the global settings or the individual product, I'm trying to hide them on certain days and they are still visible.

    It also says that the plugin hasn't been tested with my version of wordpress, so I wonder if there's some compatibility issue.

    Hi Azim,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    Which version of WordPress are you using on your site? The description page said our plugin is compatible up to version 5.6.0, in fact, I have tested it with version 5.6.1 and it's working fine on our test site. Since the new update hasn't released so that information is not updated. 

    Plus, may I have some screenshots of the timers you've set for your product?

    It's wordpress version 5.6.1.

    I had a look at your guide and I believe I'm doing everything right. I think I may have found the issue: If I set products hidden on Tuesday (today) based on a category, they become hidden. But if I set multiple days, for example Monday, and then Tuesday, it doesn't work at all. And the order doesn't matter in this case.

    I have attached a screenshot showing the settings which work. But if I add another day afterwards, the products become visible. I've tested this with different product categories on my website and the problem remains consistent, 1 day is fine, but adding more days doesn't work.

    Hi Mr Azim ,

    Thank you for the feedback. We've just been back from the Tet Holiday vacation (9-17th Feb). So today, I am able to continue processing your ticket.

    Yes, that might be the issue. The thing is, each action only accepts 1 date and 1 time.

    If you set it up like this:

     - Set hidden, Weekly on Every Monday, Weekly on Every Tuesday. It won't work.

    The correct setting should be:

    - Action 1: Set hidden, Weekly on Every Monday.

    - Action 2: Set hidden, Weekly on Every Tuesday.

    Action 1 already has both date and time parts. The date part is Monday and the time part is 24 hours in each Monday. So please check the timers on your site again to make sure you have set up the right timers.
