How to bust cache so that Shopping Cart in menu bar has correct number of cart items?

    Hi,

    Nice plugin!

The shopping cart icon in our menu navbar does not show consistently the correct number of items in cart.  This may be due to page cache.  How do we bust cache when there are items in cart, or make the shopping cart number update via ajax?  Maybe there is a better solution than this.

Here is a screencast that shows the issues:  https://cloudup.com/cL6oFE-eEYR

    1.  We add 1 item to cart but if you go back to a former page, like home, it shows 0 items because that page was already cached

    2. If you delete the 1 item from cart then go back to a former page where you had 1 item in cart, it thinks 1 item is still in cart because it is serving that page from cache.

    Thank you!

    Hi Scott,

Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We’ve received your ticket.

In that case, you can kindly install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/ to assist the AJAX loading of the Fly Cart on your site. It's easy and simple, no special settings required. Just 1-click installation. Please install then clear both your site and browser's caches/cookies before checking again.

After receiving your feedback, I'll guide you further if that doesn't help.

    Best regards.
