Hi Akin,
I have discussed with our developer and he has pointed out that when he checked on your site, he couldn't retrieve the issue you were mentioning.
Please help me to describe to him your issue in a clearer way by creating a video or series of screenshots to elaborate your issue.
He has checked very carefully with both products before concluding on your case. Please help us to reproduce the issue.
