What can I do solution for our problem ? Today 18th day but you just look 2 times my web site. One guy just say your composite working but doesnt work ı wondering how he look really ı dont understand.
Sorry for the slow response. I will urge our developer to work on this with more carefulness again. Maybe he got your words wrong since English is not his native language and he had to use the translator to discuss with you. I will try to discuss in detail and describe your issue so that our developer can know it better.
Please fix problem today. I think this is very easy for you. Beacuse old composite products working also but when ı enter new product or If I edit current composite product , system is not working. Please help today!
I have discussed this with our developer and he did get your issue wrong. He thought that you meant the price was displayed wrong due to the ticket title. I have urged him to prioritize your ticket and tried to check it as soon as possible.
My guess is that there might have been some changes caused by another plugin on your site and it prevents the new composite product to be added. This error might have come from the page builder or theme. Checking it out might take a while since it's not our plugin and we have to find where did the conflict occur.
Since once a ticket is assigned to a developer/member in our team, others cannot read it anymore. We can check only when there is a request to check on the progress.
I have checked on your ticket, our developer hasn't been able to respond since English is not his native language and he needs to use the translator to work on issues with the plugin translation, so he needs to double the process of the translation to check that out. It's really taking much time for issues concerning plugin translation for our developers, indeed.
I hope you can spare us some more time. I will try to talk to our developer about his difficulties and keep track of your ticket so that you can get supported as soon as possible.
