I have checked our plugin on the test site and our live demo, the thumbnail images for grouped items are displayed properly: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosg/product/smart-grouped-product-01/. I doubted that this may be a problem concerning the theme you're using: there might have been some missing components that prevent our plugin from functioning.
Since issues regarding third-party plugins or themes can only be addressed with free customization service for Premium plugins, I will guide you to troubleshoot this issue by yourself:
Please follow my below instructions to check if the thumbnail shows up on your site or not.
- Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.
- Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.
- Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.
- Check the front-end behavior.
- If not working, try to switch the theme on your site to the Storefront theme.
Please help me change to the Storefront theme, I mean this particular one https://prnt.sc/vhw4oc since it's specialized for WooCommerce and the most basic theme. If the issue happens even on this theme, then it might be something that comes from our plugin.
If you change to another theme different to this, please make sure it's a WooCommerce theme as well.
If it's fine on this theme, it means there must have been some conflict with the previous theme you're using or another third-party plugin. Hence, we always trust to check with this theme only.
Please help me do this, if after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it's another plugin or theme on your site that has caused this, you can find that out by re-activating plugins one by one to find the culprit.
Since during the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins, it might cause a critical error on your site, I would like to let you do that on your own so that when the error occurs, you can quickly restore your site.
I had to wait for the correct time to test. Deactivating plugins didn't help. Changing the theme didn't help. So I tried to work with some css and saw a "lazy load" message. I turned off the general lazy load of pictures and voila it worked!!
So the solution is to check on lazy loads and turn them off.
Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad that you have been able to figure it out. Your feedback will be helpful for us to guide other users with similar issues in the future.
I'll close your ticket now. Feel free to submit a new one in case you encounter any issues at any time.
The plugin works great, but the thumbnails of the grouped products aren't showing on the product page. (theme flatsome/ux-builder).
I haven't purchased the plugin yet.
Thanks for your help!
