I open a ticket on 4th december and still no solution.
The problem is this: 1. I import products with a CSV file, the bundle I’m using is a variable product. 2. After the import ends the products has no “add to cart button”. 3. I have to enter to each product and update the product, no need to do anything more, just edit, update, and after that the product is ok.
I have your plugin from a long time, and before the bundles with variable products were available in the free versión, I update for the premium and now I have this problem. I already send the CSV and the user and password, the ticket number is #2620487 please help.
Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. Wish you a very Happy New Year.
Sorry for the late reply. We've been having a one-week celebration for Christmas and New Year while preparing for the relaunch of our website. So today I'm able to process your ticket.
I have checked the progress on your previous ticket, our developer said he still needs more time to test on this since everything was fine from his side when importing with a CSV file. There might have been something wrong with the data exported in that CSV and he still wasn't able to find it out.
I have dropped a line to urge him on your issue. However, since we just have a long vacation, the piled-up works might make our support system a bit slow. Please pardon us.
