We have noticed some really strange behaviour since installing this plugin - for example, we have two products linked together (both ways) and one of these is currently out of stock. But somehow customers are managing to order the out of stock item even though it clearly shows as out of stock on our website - we are so confused by this - so for example, one of the products is a bracelet, this is out of stock. But somehow, customers are managing to order the bracelet length size through the necklace product e.g. necklace only sold in 16 inches + but when order comes through for necklace, it is for a necklace in 8 inches - the 8 inches attribute is actually from the linked product i,.e. the bracelet - how is this happening - it is so bizarre!! So its as though the attributes associated with each products are getting messed up!
Okay update to this ticket - we spoke to the customer who made this transaction - they selected a completely different length of 24 inches, which should have been around £30, and the customer advised that they noticed they were somehow only charged £22 - ie the cost for the bracelet which is out stock - this is really bad as not only would we be sending out an incorrect length to the customer, this plugin is also causing completely incorrect charges to be applied i.e. it is charging less for products - the worse thing is we have had lots of orders like this so we are now going to have lots of customers complaining - terrible situation to be in!!!!
something definitely getting mixed up somewhere between variations and attributes....had another order today, 16 inch necklace, came through on order form as 10 inch necklace - we dont even sell the necklace in 10 inches (only the bracelet which it is linked to!)
Sorry for the late reply. We've been having a one-week celebration for Christmas and New Year while preparing for the relaunch of our website.
I found that you have submitted a refund request and our staff has refunded to your account. So I will close this ticket since your license is no longer active on our system.
We hope to have a chance to serve you better in the future.

ps. the option to select the 8 inch length isn't even displayed on the necklace product so how is it feeding through into the orders like this?
