1. About the quantity not updated in the Fly Cart: There might be a problem with the JS loading on your site.
First of all, you can kindly install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/ to assist the AJAX loading of the Fly Cart on your site. It's easy and simple, no special settings required. Just 1-click installation. Then try it out if the Fly Cart is now properly updated.
2. If you're using our WPC Product Quantity, you can kindly go to WPClever >> Product Quantity >> choose "Hide" for the Plus/minus buttons in the plugin settings to hide the extra buttons.

Hello I have 2 problems with the fly cart and product quantity plugins
When quantity changed from the fly cart, it does not reflect to the quantity on the product or shop page unless page is refreshed.
Also I have double quantity fields on the fly cart itself after installing product quantity plugin
I have the paid version of the fly cart plugin
