As we got 0 reply for 3 weeks on my closed ticket I hope I'll be able to get some reply on an open one, bit embarrassing.. We thought we'd get help to fix it but as we never got a reply it have seriously fu*ked up our Christmas sales.
We use multilingual multi currency however with dynamic pricing the prices are wrongly displayed.
* The price in our shop is different from the price on the product page, and for EUR also different in the cart than on the product page.
* When we change the currency from CZK to EUR, the bundled items added to the cart shows zero or negative price, and sometimes the items get removed.
* If we change the EUR currency back to CZK, the CZK also starts showing zero/negative price in the cart but with CZK. etc..
This is only for dynamic pricing, if we manually add 1 fixed price it works. But we really need dynamic pricing.
So sorry for keeping you waiting for such a long time. We've been a bit overwhelmed during this time since the number of tickets coming in every day is out of hands. Our working speed during this time is really slow, we would like to apologize for that.
I have checked your previous ticket, the assigned developer - Hanks - has retired from our team so we have transferred all the in-progress tickets to new developers in our team. Your ticket might have been lost during this process. I have reassigned your ticket to another developer from our team - Triston - for faster support.
Our developer will contact you as soon as he's available to discuss the issue and find a solution to your problem in your previous Private ticket. We're sorry for any inconvenience during this time.
