    Hi,

    so I've created a bundle for testing and I have a question. When creating a bundle, for example:

    Product A, price 20 USD
    Product B, price 30 USD
    Bundle price (A+B) ... 40 USD (so the discount is 10 USD)

    Can we set that the regular price of the bundle is 50 USD and the Bundle price is 40 USD (discounted from 50?).. Because now there is no discount visible or nothing -> we have an API that gets all order data with products to the external system and with your plugin it sends data like:

    Product A price 20 USD

    Product B price 30 USD

    Total price 40 USD

    Discount 0 USD

    And that's not okay :)

    Hi Tomaz,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    May I ask which pricing method have you used for your bundle? 

    - If you use the auto-priced, then you should fill in the discount box with a percentage or an amount for discounting the whole bundle.

    - If you use the manual price by entering the General tab's regular and sale price boxes, it will save the discounted amount.

    - In the plugin settings, have you enabled the "Change price" option? It will count the discounted amount and display in the saved text next to the Total text.

    Please help me checked above points. If possible, could you please give me some screenshots of back-end settings for your bundle and a link to front-end published product

    Thanks for the details. We've got your issue. I think there might have been a conflict with our plugin that makes discounts inapplicable. 

    For your case, our developers might need to check the back-end admin area to find the source of issue. 

    I have transferred your ticket to one our developers so that he can check and give you further help. He might need to further discuss with you, so please in touch.

    He'll start working on this and will be responding as soon as he's available for support. 

    Please stay patient meanwhile cause this might take some time under our current heavy workloads.

    Could you please provide your site link and admin login info so that our developer can find a solution faster? 

    If you're concerned about the privacy and security, kindly create a dev/staging website and give our dev the admin login info to that staging site. Doing this won't affect your live site.
