I have a product and 5 composite items. Max total are 6 items, and you can combine items tos left 6.

I put max 6 items each one, and you can select the 6 same items. But, if i select 6 item (whatever), sistem don´t stop count (Display an alert, you need to select only [max] items and it disable Add to cart button.

¿Have you any solution to stop count if i selec 6 items from this composite?, if I set 6, only add 6 from this items combined or no.

    Hi Oscar,

Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We’ve received your ticket.

However, the description is not enough for us to find the cause of the problem. Please provide us with some screenshots of back-end composite settings and the link to your published product for checking?

After receiving your information, I'll proceed to the next step.

    Best regards.

    Hi Oscar,

    Thanks for the details.

I have checked your link and tried to change the quantity of components as you have said. Either choosing at max 6 items for each component or choose a total of 6 items for the whole composite is working just fine. The alert only appears when the chosen units exceed or do no match the preset rules. To me, it's working perfectly on my device.

You can check the whole checking process here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NTG8HZE1.

I think for your case, you might need to clear both your site's and browser's caches/cookies before checking again. Next, try to open that product in an Incognito tab then check if it's working cause that browser prevents cookies/caches.

If possible, find another device to open that product link and check it for certainty. Some of our users only got the issue on their current device, but changing to a new one doesn't. Some of our users let it be that for some time then check back and it's just working again with no changes made.

I recommend that you observe this more then give me feedback after some time.

    Best regards.
