    It's been a month since I submited three tickets regarding multilingual issues on the Product Bundle pluggin:

    • #2565072
    • #2566831

    I gave all the informations you asked on each ticket and had absolutely no news since, despite several messages.

    Maybe you aren't notified as the tickets are private and you forgot about them?

    A got a quick reply, but after it went private i have had no reply since.

    Hi @rAthus,

    Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. 

    I checked the progress on your previous tickets and here's the situation: The assigned developer of your ticket was Frankie - our major developers. However, he's got too busy last month to reach your ticket before he went on a business trip. 

    My solution would be to reassign your ticket to another developer from our team: Hanks. However, since we're having too heavy workloads while the number of requests are getting a bit out of control for our developers, it might take more time than expected for our developers to work in serious cases that contain some major errors.

    About your ticket, I have checked and it's still on the pending line waiting for our developers to check and fix for you. It might still take some more time for our developer to reach back and give you a proper response about the solution. 

    Since we're receiving roughly about 100 tickets everyday, it's very hard for us to keep the system up and running. In some cases, our developers might miss some replies and drop some unnecessary discussion to focus on work. We're sorry for the slow working speed during this time. 

    Kindly spare us some more time, I will give a note to remind our developers to check back soon.
