Hello! In the settings of the WPC Product quantity plugin I can't set the default value to zero because if I set "0" the plugin reads it as if the option is disabled and sets the default value of "1". I would like it to be set on "0" and then set the minimal value for each product on its own (some products would be set at 0.3, others at 1). How can I do this?
In case you would like to configure a different set of default value/min/max for each product, you can kindly choose "Overwrite" then set the new default value for each one from the Quantity tab of the single product page: https://prnt.sc/vcfcin.
There's no need to configure it from the plugin setting if you will configure a different set for each individual product. The settings in the Quantity tab will always override the general settings in the plugin setting.
I think that the problem will persist, since it says "Leave blank or zero to disable". So if I set it to "0" it will disable it and set the default value to "1".
When I got the premium version it said that I could set it to zero, but with this option it doesn't work. Is there any other solution?
since i can't seem to resolve this problem could i get a refund? Ill solve it with another solution... and the plugin really didn't resolve the problem as it said it would in the description. How can I get a refund?
WooCommerce doesn't accept the zero quantity when buying, so you can't set the quantity is zero. In this case, please set the default value the same as the min value (0.3 or 1).
If you still don't satisfied with it. Let me know and we will issue a refund for you.
