Thanks for contacting us here. We're not available at the weekend so today I am able to process your ticket.
When the search function is not working, it might have been affected by the incompatibility with the page builder or the theme/template you're using.
In order to check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin, please follow my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.
- Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.
- Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.
- Switch the theme on your site to the Storefront theme.
- Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.
- Check the front-end behavior.
Please help me do this, if after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it's another plugin or theme on your site has caused this, you can find that out by reactivating plugins one by one to find the culprit.
Since during the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins, it might cause critical error on your site, I would like to let you do that on your own so that when error occurs, you can quickly restore your site.
After receiving your information, I'll proceed to the next step.
We want to be able to create product bundles that allow the user to add individual items of their choosing into the bundle at a set price.
We've used other plugins which make the bundle but add the individual product prices on top of the bundle.
At the moment we can't search for the products we've listed to add into the bundle to begin with and not sure why the search function doesn't work.
We would appreciate any help you can offer.
Thank you,
Matthew.
