    You prompted me to purchase your premium version so that you can add coding and fix my issue. I did and you asked for my website access

    I gave you my details. it’s been 2 weeks and your developer hasn’t fixed my issue or update me at all. I can’t keep waiting anymore and submitting ticket for your updates. 

    Kindly refund my purchase immediately and don’t waste people’s time.
