i want to buy your plugin for timer on woocommerce, but the free version is NOT working and i am afraid to buy your pro version.
i need to be able to display products ONLY on certain days of the week and NO other days, but when i test it, it doesnt work. product is displaying all days.
For your information, the free version only allows users to set actions that are simple and executable in 1 action, for example, set unpurchasable on certain days, set out of stock for a daily time range, etc. These actions are negative ones and they can be used alone.
But for actions like set visible on certain date and time, set in stock, set purchasable, etc, these kind of actions cannot be used alone, they must follow another negative action to first reverse the default state of your products. That's why the actions you've set didn't work.
You can kindly refer to the online documentation of WPC Product Timer: https://doc.wpclever.net/woopt/ for more instructions and tips. Then you can try with an action, for example, set unpurchasable, weekly on every Monday to see if it's working on your site or not.
Note: Our plugin doesn't work with caching plugin or some special plugins for special product layouts like Product Table plugin.
I've had this problem on my client's site. The Wordpress repository shows all the Pro Features but doesn't highlight what the Free version does. I just need to make product purchaseable on certain days - so simple! But it seems the only thing you can do with the Free version is do a negative, make a product unpurchaseable! Sorry, it's not clear enough at the outset, and I'm left with no choice but to buy it. I would like to think that a free plugin would allow a positive action!
In your screenshot, I saw that you have set the timer for making it purchasable after 13/10/2020, but today is just 07/10/2020. Please check your date and time conditionals. Since 13/10/2020 hasn't come, that's why it's still unpurchasable today. It seems that you have a mistake about the real time.
The screenshot was an example of how the products are being scheduled. The one that didn't go live when it should have done was set to go live on 6.10.20. The screenshot was an example only.
I have retrieved the same settings on our test site and timers has been working as expected. My guess is that maybe there's another plugin on your site that has interfered with our plugin. Kindly refer to my reply on your ticket and provide the requested information so that our developers can help you check it.

by buying the premium version, did it work?
Hi Ben,
You can rest assured that in the Premium version, all actions are executable and will work as expected on your site.
