For your information, the Premium version of Smart Compare allows users to choose the Categories that Compare button will be enabled. You can choose which category you'd like to add or remove from the list: https://prnt.sc/uar1z7.
I do understand your question, but as I have stated, we only have the options to choose which categories to have a compare button.
It's impossible to control things like when your customers compare a charger with a phone. We believe that your buyers have the ability to know they're different things. People just need to compare things when they have some hesitation in choosing similar items.

I think you didn't understand my problem.
my problem is that I have different categories with different attributes
I don't want category X to be compared with category Y because they don't have the same attributes
but I can compare category X only with category X and category Y only with category Y
