We're currently experiencing issues with orders being placed via our 3rd party (Channable) with REST API. The smart bundles are normally shown expanded with all products visible inside the smartbundle (screenshot 1). Unfortunatly when orders are sent through REST API the smart bundle will not show the products and products SKU's inside the bundle (screenshot 2).
This is a huge problem for us because of our fulfillment company. The Smart Bundles are not real bundles in our warehouse but single products.
We really need to show the product SKU's inside the bundle within the order for our fulfillment and shipping handling.
For your information: We have received some reports about the incompatibility between our plugin and REST API. Our developers have been trying to find a valid solution, however, sadly, it's still unsolved by now.
We will continue investigating into this and hopefully we will find something useful soon. By that time, I'll keep you posted about that.
