After puchasing our plugin. have you received the Premium installation file in zip format yet? Kindly deactivate the free version then delete it from your site before installing the Premium version.

If this doesn't work, each of you can kindly create a new Private ticket and fill out these pieces of information:
- Your PayPal transaction ID & purchase email address.
- Your site link and admin login info for our developer to check and help you with this issue.
After receiving your information, we'll proceed to the next step. Kindly note that you should create a Private ticket in order to protect your data privacy and security. We can't discuss that in Public tickets.
I've just buy smart product bundle, but I can not make it work. It does not find any product. I'm using Flatsome theme with various woo plugins.
When I try to add product to the new bundle , search result is always empty
