One thing I would like to add: Since we're in a shortage of workforce due to the COVID-19, our normal response time is now from 24- 48 hours. The remaining staffs in our team are now stretching just to keep our system running with very tight schedule and heavy workloads. Much as we would like to respond faster, it's taking much time since we need to through roughly 100 tickets per day. We're sorry if we have you waiting.
