    HI I have an issue where the price of the bundle is being doubled - no one has helped me - my original ticket has been going on since July 15th - my customers are now leaving my site due to bad user experience. Can someone please assist with my ticket?? PRIVATE TICKET #2473337 JULY 15th

    Hi Justine,

    Sorry for keeping you waiting. I contacted our developer and he said he logged in to your site but haven't found anything suspicious yet. At first, he doubted the compatibility with the Currency plugin but no luck. He still need some more time to work on this. I have written a note to remind him this is urgent. Hopefully, he will be able to prioritize this and find you a solution. 

    Since our developers need to deal with up to 100 tickets everyday, sometimes they might forgot to respond to users. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience due to that. 

    Please spare us some more time. Our developers are trying very hard while we're in a shortage of workforce due to the COVID-19.

    its now been over 2 weeks from your last replay and well over a month (close to two month) since I launched the original ticket. With no updates or communication its very hard to understand if I should continue with this app or not.

    Can you please provide an update? This is very problematic for my business.

    Hi Justine,

    I contacted our developers and he said that this issue was caused by the incompatibility of our plugin with the Dynamic Pricing plugin on your site. In case you don't want to deactivate the Dynamic Pricing plugin and continue using it, you won't be able to use our plugin. In this case, we can give you a full refund of your purchase of our plugin as a compensation. 

    Since our plugin already has the pricing & discounting mechanism of its own, any attempts to use it with dynamic pricing/ woo discount rules plugins might cause errors that cannot be solved. I'm trying to discuss in detail with our dev about finding one dynamic pricing plugin that can work with ours. 

    If you'd like to request for a refund, you can submit a new private ticket under Refund Request category & fill out both custom fields with your purchase info. Our staff will proceed with your request.

    Hi Janilyn,

    I am happy to deactivate the dynamic pricing plugin to make this work. It would be good if you found another one that will replace that as I paid $100 AU for that plug in. 

    The developer did mention that the currency plug in was also an issue. This is not something I can delete. Can you confirm that I can keep the currency plugin live and working alongside the bundles plug in?

    I do want to make this work but I can not delete my currency plug in. Please let me know.

    Im happy to proceed with disabling the dynamic pricing plugin, just not the currency converter plug in.

    Hi Justine,

    I already contacted our developers and asked them about that topic. They said they will check thoroughly to make sure they can find a way to work. Or if we can find you another free plugin for currency switching functionality, it won't waste your money. 

    However, our developers emphasized that this would really take up much time since investigating one new plugin is already difficult, we will need to investigate all the common & popular plugins for currency switching in the WP repository before coming to a conclusion.

    I'll keep you posted when there is any update or good news about this.

    Thanks for your patience. 

    Our developers have responded that they still couldn't find any fully compatible plugin since they're just partly compatible and there are issues triggered with certain currencies. So to be sure, they will need some more time to check before confirming, at least for common currencies in the market.

    Hi Justine,

    You can request for a full refund of your purchase by submitting a new ticket under Refund Request category and fill out both custom fields with your PayPal transaction ID and purchase email address so that our sales staff can verify the recipient of the refund.
