    Hello, I've just purchased FlyCart premium. However, I'm unable to download the plugin on Chrome or Firefox. Both browsers reject the download and say that they think the .zip file is malicious.

    I don't have any antivirus software or plugins running.

    I've never had a download rejected before, this is the first time.

    I've also tried to download the .zip file using Internet Explorer, but I've now hit my download limit?

    How can I get the files?

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    In that case, you can please create a new ticket, kindly note that you should make it Private and fill out both custom fields with your purchase email and PayPal ID. 

    After that, I will send each of you with a direct download link to get the Premium zip file individually.

    We are having the same issue with Product Bundles. Ticket submitted a moment ago. 

    This is a serious issue (reputationally).

    Same here, I purchased WPC Product Timer, and it cannot be downloaded. 

    I decided to purchase your plugin because I am in a rush, I need it ASAP ... but I'm stuck. GRRRR.

    We have checked and found that this issue was caused by the temporary download link from Dropbox. You can learn more about this issue here: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-API-Support-Feedback/get-temporary-link-with-zip-files-causing-Google-Chrome-warning/m-p/433272. There's nothing to do with our installation .zip file. We can guarantee there's no malicious malware or harmful hidden codes in our file.

    Our developers have fixed this issue with the download link, so you all can rest assured about it now.
