I am facing a difficulty whereby I am unable to add in variable products into a product bundle. As verified on your site, variable products should be suppo which I need to comply to before it can be added ?

Are you using the free version of Product Bundles? If you're using the free version 5.0.0 or higher, only simple and subscription products are supported in bundles. That's why you can't search for variable products and any variations to add.
If you have purchased the Premium version, make sure you have successfully removed the free version and installed the Premium one on your site. The Premium one has the mark "(Premium") next to the plugin title.
