Users can select the price they want to pay for a product, however when it's added to the side cart, the item cost shows the default price. The subtotal in the side cart is correct, and if an item is removed from the cart, the item cost updates to display correctly. This means users are being told they're paying one price for an item, but the subtotal (which is correct) doesn't match.
Any help would be appreciated.
I've been playing around with the plug-in today to see if it's the right fit for my store and this is the only real issue other than not being able to use decimal places in the 'selection' options (2.50 for example).
Are you using the WPC Fly Cart plugin on your site? I can change it to that category if you're using it. Since Name Your Price doesn't have Premium version, we do not officially support it here.
Hello Janilyn, I've just added the WPC Fly Cart plugin on to my site. The same issue occurs. I think that move makes sense, thank you. (see attachment)
Oh, interesting! I've just been messing around with the settings and when the pop-up cart is in the middle, it displays the costs accurately. But if they're connected to the sides it doesn't. How weird!
Ah, this problem just keeps getting more and more odd. Although it displays the correct price for items when the pop-up is in the centre on the main shop page, when it opens within a product page, it shows the default cost of each item.
I'll keep messing around with it and see if I can spot more issues and figure out what's triggering it before I make another post. That way it will be much easier to tell what's happening. Thank you.
When I'm using the 'Name Your Price plugin' alongside the 'WPC Fly Cart plugin '. When an item has been added to the cart using the 'name your price' feature, it doesn't always display the item as the price 'named' in the cart, but instead displays the default price.
This happens especially when viewing the Fly Cart inside of a product page. (see attachment) When an item is removed from the cart however, the prices update to be correct. In each version of the fly cart the sub total is correct, it's the individual products that are displaying the default price rather than the 'named' price. Leading to customer confusion.
I checked again, This is a conflict beetween Name Your Price and Fly Cart. Don't worry, we will fix this bug and update in the next version of Fly Cart.
Thank you for so much your feedback. We're glad we has been able to help you out.

Apologies, it seems I've submitted this ticket for the wrong product as it's the 'Name Your Price' plug-in that I'm having this issue with.
However I couldn't see that plug-in as an option for ticket submission and can not see it on the plug in store.

Ok, so to sum up the issue I have :
When I'm using the 'Name Your Price plugin' alongside the 'WPC Fly Cart plugin '. When an item has been added to the cart using the 'name your price' feature, it doesn't always display the item as the price 'named' in the cart, but instead displays the default price.

I've left the 'name your price' product live so that you can test out the issue. - https://folduptoys.com/product/cat-mech-paper-toy/
