    Hi Sébastien,

Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum.

Can you give us a screenshot of back-end settinga for timer? I would like to check if the conditions you set is correct or not.

Also, please describe again how you want to set the timers for your product so that I can help you further on that.

    Best regards.

    Hi Janilyn,

Thanks for your help, screenshot done and i would like that the website doesn't allow sales after 7:30pm since you can not deliver meals after this hour then i found this plugin and try to set up it with the option "set unpurchasable" between 7:30pm to 1am.

    Best regards,

    Sébastien

I have found the issue. The settings you're using are not correct. Let me explain a little bit about how our plugin works.

If you would like to set a timer to limit the purchasing time, you have two ways of doing that, both requires two action to accomplish since our plugin. In order to do this, you will need the Premium version to add more than 1 actions into your products:

    - Method 1: Set it to unpurchasable everyday then set purchasable between 1:00 am to 7:30 pm. See this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/s6jq6q

Method 2: Set it to unpurchasable, daily before time 1:00 am & set it to unpurchasable daily after time 7:30 pm. See this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/s6jgxa

In method 1, since your product is now for sale, which means it's already purchasable.Hence, our plugin must first reverse the status of your products from purchasable to unpurchasable, then you can set it to purchasable in a continuous daily time range.

In method 2, when you use the time condition of a time range that is not continuous and would repeat in the future (from 7:30 pm to 1 am is not considered continuous since it continues to a new day)  you will need to break it into two time points: before and after time.

You can also read here to learn more about how to get our plugin right: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-get-the-product-timer-right/.

Hope that my instructions are helpful enough for you. If you have any further question, feel free to ask at any time.

    Best regards.

Hi, there must be two actions as I instructed. If you set it up with fewer actions, it won't work as you described to me.

Following my instructions, then our plugin will execute as expected.

    Best regards.

Sadly, I can't help you more in this case. Cause it's necessary to do that for our plugin to work as expected.
