Hi! Thanks for this wonderful functional and easy plugin! However, when I try to create a composite product and I want to select a category for the products that can be chosen, it doesn't find a category. In the attachment it's e.g. the category Geranien. When I do this with products, then it seems to work. I am using the Astra Theme. Please help - thank you very much! Kind regards, Franz

    Hi Franz,

Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum.

Have you set different user roles on your site.? Are using other WooCommerce plugins for products to restrain the visibility of products/categories?

To be sure, we will need to check on the admin area of your site. Please refer to this guide

    https://wpclever.net/faqs/sending-secure-login-information

then send us your login information.

After receiving your information, I will transfer this ticket to our developer to check and help you out.

    Best regards.

    Hi Franz,

I've checked and seen this category is empty, so you can't search and add this category.

    I added a product to Geranien https://prnt.sc/rus7lf then I can search https://prnt.sc/rus9b3

    Best regards,
    Dustin

Hi Frankie, thank you very much! Now, the next problem: At the moment Composite Product doesn't work on mobile (iPhone 11). However, on your test site it does work on mobile. What is wrong/has to be changed so that it also works on my site?

Please check these products are private or not.

If the product is private, it only displays until the buyer logging in.

    Best regards,
    Dustin
