Basically, the way you set up the timer is the most precise way possible. There can be a shorter way, but it's just one action fewer.
I'll write a note to our developers to request add an extra options for choosing multiple specific weekdays to the timer. I'll keep you posted when there's something new. For now, you can kindly use these actions as a temporary solution.

f.e. How to setup Thursday to Sunday from 17.00 - 22.00
Is there an easier way to do it for Every Single Day of the Week
